Cochyn includes an in-event chat feature that allows participants of an event to send messages to one another. The following applies to content you create or submit through this feature:

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your Personal Data unless we are required by law to retain it.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us at support@mybizsquare.com and we will delete it.

8 Local storage

The Cochyn mobile app uses secure local storage on your device to maintain your session and preferences. This data remains on your device and is not shared with third parties.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
